 Telecia is the CEO/Founder of Dreamz 2 Success, Author, motivational speaker, and Life Coach in Atlanta, Georgia. From a young age, Telecia has been passionate about helping people and ensuring they are provided adequate resources for success. Telecia focuses on scaling down the walls and redefining social inequalities that impact our community and youth. Telecia helps individuals find a voice in our society. We must educate, train, and empower our future leaders and help them walk in their purpose.  

Telecia is a Disabled Retired USARMY Veteran that overcame many challenges in her personal and professional life. Telecia holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University, Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University, and Associate of Science. While working for a government agency, she mentored for over ten years successfully grooming youth to young men and women while watching them graduate and go on to live successful lives.
